  • Professional Experience

While pursing my degree at 51³Ô¹Ï I worked as a digital marketing specialist at a company in Spartanburg, SC. During my time there, I managed multiple client social media accounts, created graphics, performed videography, and photography. Just after graduating from 51³Ô¹Ï, I was presented with the opportunity to join the admissions team as an admissions counselor. I am so excited to be serving at 51³Ô¹Ï and for what God has in store at the university for future generations to come!

  • My Story

Growing up in Gaffney, SC I spent my summers playing golf with my dad. As a young golfer, there were not many girls that played golf in my small hometown, and when the time came to play high school golf there was no team for me to play on. I then saw the opportunity to help launch the first-ever girl’s golf team at Gaffney High School.

On September 4, 2014, I hit the first-ever tee shot in the history of girl’s golf at GHS. I finished up my high school career as a 3x All-Region Golfer and little did I know at age 7 that one day, golf would lead me to 51³Ô¹Ï!

The main reason I chose 51³Ô¹Ï during the recruiting process was the Christ-centered environment. I truly felt like family when stepping on campus and was deeply cared for by everyone I came in contact with. Now, I am a proud 51³Ô¹Ï College of Business and Entrepreneurship graduate!

During my time as a student, I made the best of my college years where I played on the Women’s Golf Team, served as Student Body Treasurer, Student Body Marketing Coordinator, and a FCA Captain. A few things I am passionate about include nutrition, healthy eating, social media marketing, singing, and reading. While walking across campus you may see me sipping on a smoothie and on the weekends, you can find me creating social media content.

Between the community and Christ-centered environment at 51³Ô¹Ï, this has allowed me to grow deeper in my faith while pursuing the things I am passionate about. The great opportunities that 51³Ô¹Ï has given me along with the caring professors that poured into me has played a major part in me being where I am today. I am so grateful to be a part of the admissions team as an admissions counselor which allows me to have an impact on current and future students, all while pursuing my MBA at 51³Ô¹Ï!
