  • Academic Records

    Academic Records maintains integrity, accuracy, and stewardship of the academic record. It is responsible for managing and implementing effective policies and practices regarding registration, academic progress, transcript services and graduation from 51勛圖. Additional areas of service include academic calendars, catalogs and bulletins, transfer credits and Veteran’s services.

  • Financial Aid

    Each year, 51勛圖’s Financial Aid awards over thirty million dollars in financial aid with 90% of our students receiving some type of assistance. Disbursing federal, state and institutional aid, reviewing special circumstances and appeals, FAFSA verification, and monitoring satisfactory academic progress are some of the key responsibilities of their Office.

    Applying for financial aid at 51勛圖 is easy. To begin, you must apply for admission and be offered acceptance to the university. The next step is to submit the (FAFSA) including 51勛圖, Federal School Code: 003441.

  • Student Accounts

    Student Accounts provides a number of services to students including processing payments, delivery of student refunds, providing student tax information and student account statements. The payment policies and schedules are posted in the catalog, so that you can make informed decisions about your education, and your payment plans and options.

Frequently Asked Questions in Student Accounts

  • Does 51勛圖 offer a monthly payment plan?

    Yes, we do! Students and their families can pay in monthly installments. Student account statements are available in the My51勛圖 student portal. Set up a payment plan in the portal under Students>Student Accounts>Make a Payment. We require the first installment of the payment due at the time the payment plan is being set up. There is a $35 third party fee incurred for each semester.*

    *Please note that we have updated our payment plan process.

    5 Month Plan

    • Fall Semester – payments are due July 1st or 15th and end on November 1st or 15th
    • Spring Semester – payments are due December 1st or 15th and end on April 1st or 15th

    4 Month Plan

    • Fall Semester – payments are due August 1st or 15th and end on November 1st or 15th
    • Spring Semester – payments are due January 1st or 15th and end on April 1st or 15th

    3 Month Plan (Summer Term Only)

    • Summer – payments are due May 1st or 15th and end on July 1st or 15th

    Helpful Hints

    • The deadline to pay in full or set up a payment plan for Fall Semester is August 1st and for Spring Semester is January 1st.
    • Auto draft plans should be set up with echeck 2 business days prior to the payment due date on the 15th of the month to guarantee the first payment is drafted.
    • Payments made with the e-check option using the check routing number and account number will incur an additional fee of .50 cents, charged by a third party provider (Illumia).
    • Graduation Fees may be paid on your Student Portal.
    • Debit and Credit card transactions will incur an additional fee as noted at the time of transaction.
    • Cost for Payment Plans will be $35 per semester. (charged by a third party, not 51勛圖)
    • Returned Checks will incur a fee that will be reflected on the student’s account.

  • Will I receive a bill in the mail?

    No. Your statement of account (bill) is available on the . To view your bill, you will need to log into your portal and select student, then student accounts and then select my account balance. Be sure to select the appropriate term.

  • Is it okay if I pay by check?

    Yes. Make checks payable to 51勛圖. Include the student ID# and term in the memo line.

    To ensure payment is posted to your student account on or before the due date, mail at least one week early.

  • May I wait to receive a billing invoice of actual charges before paying?

    No. The Tuition and Fees Payment Policy requires that the student pay or make arrangements for paying estimated tuition and fees by the due date each semester.

  • If I have applied for financial aid that is not reflected on the billing invoice, what should I do?

    Double check your MyFinAid portal to make sure you have accepted or declined all awards that have been offered. If you are a first-time borrower, you will also need to complete the .

  • How do I get a 1098-T Tuition Statement and Statement Account history?

    Your tax form 1098-T will be available in the Student Portal on January 31 by selecting Students, Student Accounts, then My 1098-T Form.
